NEWS SEPTEMBER 2011

The Nimbin A & I Society Show was held on the weekend of 24th and 25th September, it was well attended with many visitors seeking out the Alpaca stand.

It was a very busy but enjoyable day, with Pete and Myrelle from Waterview Alpacas answering questions, and Suvi from Anawol, entertaining the visitors with her spinning.

The many enquiries from visitors related to the fleece, when and how do you shear the alpacas, maintenance and upkeep, type of feed they require, type of fencing, and will they keep the weeds down, and the cost of an Alpaca to purchase.
